The City of Rochester has dedicated 16 acres of parkland for the Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve and Nature Center.
The city has partnered with Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve, Inc. to provide programing at the Nature Center. Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve, Inc. is a nonprofit educational corporation supported by memberships, grants, donations, and fund raising projects. The preserve and nature center are very much an integral part of the Rochester community, enjoying the support and volunteer help of Rochester area residents and businesses. Many volunteer hours have been and continue to be spent in developing and maintaining the preserve, as well as in helping with various fund raising projects.
